What I do

I build commercial organisations that deliver profitable growth and develop the leaders who sustain it, through leadership development, structures and governance. Commercially my focus is on building long-term relationships with customers. I strongly believe, when people thrive, the results will follow.

What that looks like in practice
Everyone knows where we are heading (setting clear targets and focusing on delivering the business results. Everyone knows how they contribute (why am I here and what difference do I make) And establishing the right processes to support the commercial efforts including marketing, so we all focus on what we do best and can deliver on what we promise.

Outside of work
I read books and occasionally find time to write down my thoughts. Love going for long walks and travelling. I collect experiences and have recently rediscovered 'the art of hosting/entertaining'. It is the joy of remembering to invite friends over in real life for dinner or smaller parties to make sure we catch-up in a world constantly busy with work, family and social media.
