I work on the commercial side of the business — helping companies extend the life of their data centre infrastructure through third-party maintenance, refurbished enterprise hardware, and spare parts. My job is to find the right decision-makers, understand what keeps them up at night, and show them there's a smarter alternative to the default OEM path.
What that looks like in practice
Conversations with IT managers and procurement teams — primarily across Poland and the wider CEE region. Building relationships that go beyond a single transaction. Turning a first conversation into a long-term partnership — and making sure the client feels looked after, not just sold to.
Outside of work
I've been training full-contact karate for many years — it demands full presence, which is exactly the point. When I'm not at the dojo, I travel — but not to the obvious places. I look for destinations where tourists are a rarity and the experience is genuinely unscripted.
