Team Lead Service Desk – Service DeskAs a Team Lead, my main task is to help team members grow — as professionals, as a team, and as individuals. I strongly believe that with this approach, the delivery organization can be as strong as possible.
I stay close to daily operations — tickets, technical checks, escalations, and relationships with partners, customers, and other teams in the company. It’s a mix of people management and staying hands-on, making sure things run smoothly while the team keeps moving forward.
All of this helps me shape our Service Desk in the right way — building sub-divisions, planning future development, processes both internal and external ones.
I do rowing and cycling, and I enjoy hiking in the mountains.
