What that looks like in practice
Less confusion about priorities. Leaders who are easier to follow. People who feel it's worth showing up and giving their best. That tends to make the whole organization move a little faster and more predictably.

Outside of work
Wednesday evenings I race a classic H-boat. Weekends I run trails in Hammer Bakker. Good for clearing my head — though only one of them keeps my feet on the ground.
