I lead our Sourcing & Solutions organization. My focus is on creating a positive and engaging team environment, fostering strong collaboration across the organization, and continuously improving the processes and digital tools that support the way we work.

Outside of work, I’m married and the proud father of three wonderful children. I enjoy cycling, running, skiing, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
