I like it when things work.

Not because everything has to be perfect, but because life gets easier for customers, colleagues, and employees when processes make sense, expectations are clear, and problems are solved properly.

I’ve spent many years working in service-related roles and today lead a team within Service Administration and Service Desk. What I enjoy most about my work is the combination of people, operations, and continuous improvement. One day it’s about helping a team member move forward; the next it’s about untangling a process that has become more complicated than it needs to be.

I’m naturally curious and tend to ask why things work—or why they don’t. That often leads me to challenge existing ways of working. Not because change is a goal in itself, but because the best solution is sometimes much simpler than we think.

I value collaboration, honest conversations, and people who are willing to speak their minds. I try to meet others with respect, humour, and a focus on finding solutions rather than assigning blame.
